- Following the relocation of the former Victory Club, Stanley Partnership aquired Planning Permission for 9no. Luxury Town Houses. Light, views and an exciting sense of space were maximised whilst overlooking was kept to a minimum.The proximity of the nine units forced an innovative, predominately single aspect solution, utilizing roof glazing and open plan areas to maximize light to all parts of the houses.
