- A two level speciality shopping destination replacing a run down area of warehouses and workshops has as its central feature a duplex courtyard of small shops. Above are apartments.
- Dominating is a two storey timber, glass and steel 'pavillion' with portico which acts both as a sign for the courtyard and motif for the development as a whole.The essign Regency terrace was extended by the reproduction of five bays as shops and maisonettes to form one side of the courtyard.
