PLANNING PERMISSION – Proposed New dwelling in Clients existing garden

Stanley Partnership have obtained Full Planning permission for our Clients to construct one new dwelling in a garden in Cheltenham. The site currently has one existing house will partly be demolished to create space an access road. Parking is at the rear of the site creating a quiet, safe and eco friendly scheme for the end user and the neighbouring properties. It was a great achievement to obtain planning for our Client

PLANNING PERMISSION – Two Proposed Dwellings to a Prominent Listed Building

Stanley Partnership have obtained a second Full Planning permission & Listed Building Consent for our Clients for a change of use for a prominent site on the Promenade, in Cheltenham. The five floors of the building was previously used by a well known retail Tennant. The Client approached Stanley Partnership to review the use of the building and appraise the possibility of using the upper floors for residential, with a proposed entrance from the rear of the building.

Stanley Partnership have obtained Full Planning permission for our Clients to construct five new dwellings on a plot in Cheltenham. The site current has two semi derelict houses that will be demolished to create space for these compact designed starter homes. Parking is at the front of the site creating a quiet, safe and eco friendly scheme for the end purchasers and the neighbouring properties. Previous pre-apps for the site had failed so it was a great achievement to obtain planning for our Client.

MODERN GLAZED REAR EXTENSION & ALTERATIONS TO EXISTING HOME- Site Progress

Stanley Partnership Architects visited their Clients site in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire and photographed the progress made by the Contractor (Tower Construction). The build is continuing on with the glazing company installing the large fixed glazing units and various opening lights to create a weather tight building. Most of the internal surfaces have been plastered ready for the fixtures to be installed.

GP Surgery – Internal alterations and modern zinc extension

Stanley Partnership Architects visited their Clients site a GP surgery in Highnam, Gloucestershire and photographed the progress made by the Contractor (King builders). The build is rapidly continuing on with the main timber framed structure completed by the timber frame company and the main contractor has battened and plyilined the structure. The zinc contractors are now starting to wrap the building in VM Pigmento red zinc standing seam cladding. Internally first fix has been carried out and the internal finishes applied.

Stanley Partnership Architects visited their Clients site a GP surgery in Highnam, Gloucestershire and photographed the progress made by the Contractor (King builders). The build is rapidly continuing on with the main structure and roof completed by the timber frame company, now the main contractor is preparing the structure for the zinc contractors to wrap the building in VM Pigmento red zinc standing seam. Internally first fix is under way.

DOWTY HOUSE – 28 New dwellings

Work has started under way stripping out the existing Victorian nursing home, ready for the next stage of the build of the 28 apartment development.

MODERN GLAZED REAR EXTENSION & ALTERATIONS TO EXISTING HOME- Site Progress

The build is continuing on with the main structure and roof completed, but with the glazing company yet to install and maintain a weather tight building the contractor has wrapped the building in a temporary jacket. The internal first fix has been finish and the plastering under way.
