PLANNING PERMISSION – Two Proposed Dwellings to a Prominent Listed Building
Stanley Partnership have obtained a second Full Planning permission & Listed Building Consent for our Clients for a change of use for a prominent site on the Promenade, in Cheltenham. The five floors of the building was previously used by a well known retail Tennant. The Client approached Stanley Partnership to review the use of the building and appraise the possibility of using the upper floors for residential, with a proposed entrance from the rear of the building.
