Stanley Partnership have received planning approval for a proposed 2-storey office building, for a commercial Client. The building is located on the company’s land and has been designed to reflect the influence of a previous, adjacent structure, designed by us in the 1980’s for the same Client. It is an oak-framed, timber-clad structure with a first floor within the roof space. It will be positioned next to the river and be connected to the previous building via a timber footbridge.

An existing 1930s two storey house on a beautiful plot in south Cheltenham the house will be transformed from an outdated, convoluted property with dark spaces, into a light airy, modern & flowing residence.

Stanley partnership were commissioned to over come a problem that a Client had with the storage of his car collection, once he moved to a new property. After months negotiating with Cheltenham borough council we have received planning for a retractable garage that can store up to six cars. The garage is entered via a split level drive to reduce the overall height of the garage when when fully raised and will also rotate to allow easy manoeuvring of the vehicles.
