PLANNING PERMISSION – Two Proposed Dwellings to a Prominent Listed Building
Stanley Partnership have obtained a second Full Planning permission & Listed Building Consent for our Clients for a change of use for a prominent site on the Promenade, in Cheltenham. The five floors of the building was previously used by a well known retail Tennant. The Client approached Stanley Partnership to review the use of the building and appraise the possibility of using the upper floors for residential, with a proposed entrance from the rear of the building.

We have now obtained two permissions for one and two separate residential units, whilst retaining the prime ground floor and basement level for future retail use.

The previous application was requested to be raise and discussed at the councils planning committee, as an example for a well re-designed use of the high street properties with unused space.
